How Can Diarrhea Be Treated?

Doctor, I have only clear liquid and mucous bowel movements, accompanied by an upset stomach with groaning noises and gas about one hour after eating. It started about two weeks ago. Miralax and Metamucil only makes for one semi solid bowel movement, then the cycle starts all over. Is it a bacterial infection ? It seemed to start shortly after eating pizza on a Sunday night.
