General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If your son has already been admitted to hospital for diarrhea and vomiting, it means that the electrolyte balance has already been taken care of.

Now coming to vomiting which is still there, give him Ondansetron syrup.

If there is still no improvement, consult his pediatrician for further help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma,
