How Can Diarrea And Fatigue Be Treated?

Saturday and Sunday I had watery diarrhea , fatigue, achy muscles. I was afraid to eat or drink anything. Monday afternoon thru Thursday I did not have any bowl movements and I ate very little. Today, Friday, the uncontrolled watery diarrhea returned.

take oral rehydration solution under any circumstances.. if u still have low blood pressure, need to go hosiptal for further treatment
is there any fever? any smell? any blood? any worms? if so, need to take antibiotics..
