How Can Blood Sugar Levels Be Brought Down Naturally Through Diet And Lifestyle Changes?
I’m having issues with my blood sugars; I’m at 305, what can I do to get it down tonight? I’ve been drinking lots of water & I’ve tried peanut butter today , nothing is working. This is not normal for me. Would drinking an Atkins shake help?
