How can diabetes be controlled?

Diabetes runs in my family. My mother sister are diabetic. I am 62 years old and exercise regularly until this year. I haven t been exercising since January and my fasting blood sugar is up from around 86 to 101. Dose that mean that I am becoming diabetic?

Eat on time a low calorie complex carbohydrate fibre rich diet proper physical activity stress management all this will help maintain good health.
