How Can Depression And Panic Attacks Be Treated?
I have been bullied at work for the past 13 months. I am crying all the time and cannot seem to focus on the task at hand. I am only sleeping a few hours each night. Loud noises terrify me. I feel nervous and anxious all the time. I am suspect of everyone.
