How Can Decreased Platelet Count Be Treated?

Hi good afternoon , my mother has severe fever from 4 days there are continuous fall in Blood platelets however we have arranged and given SDP platelets yesterday ,platelet count were 27000 yesterday and today there is shortfall of 2000 platelet counts which 25000 could you please suggest what has to be done

This appears to be a case of fever with thrombocytopenia.(low platelets)
The cause needs to be ascertained-is it a generalised viral fever or a specific disease like dengue.
Ideally she should be under regular monitoring in a hospital.
Her vitals need to be carefully recorded and a watch has to be kept on any bleeding.
Maintain adequate hydration
