How Can Dead Skin On The Hands And Fingers Be Removed?

Before my period my hands have alot of dead skin and weird uniform patches some on my palms and some on my fingers close to the nail After my period my lips peel and get very dry i apply chapstick but after 5 minutes they get dry again what is going on

Please check your Serum Iron at the earliest plus Ferritin and Total Iron Binding Capacity . You just have to visit any good lab and tell them that you want these tests. Once again, tell them to do Vitamin D3 levels too. Accordingly you can get your GP to write these supplements for you. Please do take one multivitamin and minerals combination medication too. Sometimes trace elements like Zinc are implicated in excessive exfoliation of skin.
Iron studies are most important though as you are a female who is menstruating[?Heavy menstruation] ,and are losing Iron in form of Blood Loss.
