Advice
1.     Apply a cream containing hydroquinone 2%, tretinoin 0.025%, and mometasonefuroate 0.1% at bed time locally for two month. Do rub your skin while applying it. Rubbing will cause redness. Apply it gently
2.     Use over the counter sunscreen before exposure to sunlight
Thanks
