Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.
I suggest you to do an chest x ray to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile some advice about the treatment are:
-take anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen three times a day
-drink liquids
-rest
-take cough suppressants

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
