How Can Cough And Runny Nose Be Treated?

My daughter is 4 1/2 and has had a fever for 102.5 - 103.5 for the last five days. She has had a cough the last two days that has gotten really bad. She doesn’t go 30-60 seconds without coughing. We gave her a breathing treatment tonight and it didn’t help. We have given her Children’s Motrin and different cough medicines, Ludens cough drops and nothing is working. She has had a runny nose and sneezing the last two days and a lot has come out. She looks miserable

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think you should be giving her ketotifen to help her with cough, running nose and sneezing. Give 5ml if syrup 1mg/5ml. Hope my answer was helpful, if yes, vote helpful.
