How Can Cough And Fever In An Infant Be Treated?
Baby of 3months & 6 days has water like & and sometimes milk trickling down her mouth for last couple of days with mild cough &fever.she sometimes even vomits.She is on Lactogen 1only and no mothers milk. Was prescribed paracetamol drops(3 days),Coughrest(3days),( Monocef-250mg for 3days & then zifi(cefixime) for 5 days in 8days of treatment with no improvement visible.

consult neonatologist. donot give medication without advise.paracetamol is safe if there is fever. can take second opinion for treatment.
