General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Positional vertigo and labyrinthitis like cause have to be ruled out for continuous dizziness.

For that Otological ear examination and PTA like an investigation is needed.

The Vertin can be continued for your dizziness.

If no cause found than MRI brain scan needs to be done.

I suggest you consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
