Can Abdominal Distention And Constipation, Unless A Laxative Is Taken, Be Treated Without Medication?
I cannot have a bowl movement unless I use a laxative. I have abdomen distention and my food won t flow down like it is stuck on the side of my heart just under my breast and feels like I am full after only a few bites of any food...I have already had a Nissan surgery years ago.

You should do an endoscopy on the upper and lower part of the intestine...take alot of fibers in your diet and drink alot of water..
