How Can Constipation Be Managed After Being Treated Once For Adhesions That Blocked The Intestines?

I was hospitalised a couple of months ago with adhesions, dotor was able to get me unblocked, was told that if i came back in again that he would do surgery. I feel like I am getting stoped up again and have been taking stool sofeners with a mild laxitive and do not feel I am getting completely emty. what can I do to help to have a good bowel movement?

You have problem of constipation problem..
Stool softner can use for it...
Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful in constipation..
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis..
