Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Drink more water and take fiber rich food. Refrain from fast food and oily food. Take fresh vegetables and fruits. You can take flattened rice for 2 to 3 days in a week. Poha should be from parboiled rice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
