How can constipation and acid reflux be treated?

Hi! I have had erosive gastritis and esophagitis for many years already. My stomach is always bloated after eatint, and it does not matter how much I eat. Now I have constipation and constant heartburn. Feeling of sour in the mouth, especially in the morning. I stick to a plan diet, but still no symptoms of relief. My questions are as follows: 1) can I eat animal protein food, milk, cottage cheese? Is it ok to drink soy and almond milk? 2) can I eat kale? 3) can I eat bread? 4) what treatment would you suggest? Thanks a lot in advance!
