How Can Constipation And Acid Reflux Be Treated?

IN the last few days Ihave become constipated which is very unusual. I have taken 2 laxatives and have had no relief.sometimes I have lots of acid reflux. I already take omeprazol. Now I am having cramping. Should I wait on laxatives some more or be seen by Dr. I have laxatives for 2 days. I am a 58 year old man with no serious health problems.
