How Can Constipation Along With Abdominal Bloating And Backache Be Treated?
Hello! I am 61 and have consitipation. This has been going on for approximately 2-3 wks. I have used Miralax every other day with little results. I am so bloated, pain in my back and pain of the left side. I had a resection of my colon in 2010 remving about 9" of colon. I have stage 1 Kidney failure, high B/P and am a cancer survivor. I am scared. Help!!
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Avoid lactose and gluten contain food. Eat soft diet with regular exercise. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Use benefiber or metamucil fiber or peg move powder for bowel movements.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
