How Can Conduction Disorders Be Treated?

My daughter is 16, passed out two nights ago while sitting, sustained facial and neck injuries, and afterwards couldnt speak or move for some time. It was a full 2 hours before her legs would move well. The ER called this morning and said her EKG, thought to be normal, actually had conduction issues. What can all this mean?

Hello
Conduction abnormality can be due to blockage of conduction or an abnormal pathway which can cause rapid conduction and abnormally fast HR, both of which can cause loss of conciuos ness. I will advise to get her checked thoroghly as its symptomatic and recurring quickly.
