Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, you need not to worry as of now. I would also like to know from you about feeding practice :

- whether exclusive breastfeeding is given or not?
- if top milk is given, whether bottle is used or anything else?
- is your baby gaining weight?
- what is your diet?

As per WHO guidelines, exclusive breastfeeding should be given to the baby upto 6 months of age. Sometimes colic pain can occur to growing baby. If you can provide above information, then it's possible for me to make conclusive decision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
