General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I want to ask you whether these symptoms are associated with fever or not? For that, you can take a tablet Levocetirizine, Tobacin F eye drops, Frutico eye drops alternate, tablet DOLO if fever after physician and ophthalmologist consultation, providing that you don’t have any drug allergy. Along with that at home, you continue with steam inhalation twice a day. You can give cold compression to eyes so you feel better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
