General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and if I were your physician I would have advised you take an antihistamine like levocetrizine for the cold. If there is chest congestion then taking steam or nebulization will relieve it. For the knee pain an NSAID like aceclofenac will help. I hope I was able to answer your question. If there are any further questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
