How Can Cold And Cough Be Treated?
I have a cold that is now greater than two weeks duration. Extreme unproductive cough, runny nose mostly clear discharge. No temperature. Consuming a generous amount of fluids but have mild headaches and feel dehydrated. Not getting any better. Pneumonia?

Hello,
You may be suffering from acute viral pharyngitis with rhinitis. The cough may be due to secondary bacterial infection of pharynx or lungs. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use a tablet alday dc twice a day for five days after food. Avoid cool drinks, cook environment. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
