How Can Clogged Ears And Tinnitus Be Treated?

I had my eardrum lanced a week ago. I still have the same symptoms of clogged ears, pressure and ringing. I feel like I am talking in a tunnel and it is painful at times. I do not see the dr again until next week. What else can I do to get some sort of relief. This has been going on for 2.5 months now.
