Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of chronic urticaria, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors.
2. Don't take any medication without consulting a doctor as it may worsen the condition.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral azathioprine, cyclosporine, steroid, histoglob injection given by dermatologist.

Thanks.
