hii , i am garima 36 year aged married women. i am suffering from skin ellergy since last 15 years . daily i take cetrizine in evng and morng.if idont take i got more itching end chronic urticaria on my body . it spreads all the body . i hv taken many medicines and shown many dr in lucknow but no relief. i have done ellergy test by dr. and taking vaccination till 2 years but no effect . the problem is as usual . can u advice me hw can i get rid of this chronical urticaria. i belong to lucknow .
Hi. As per your case history of chronic urticaria, my treatment advice is - 1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors. 2. Don't take any medication without consulting a doctor as it may worsen the condition. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 3 months. 4. Other treatment options are oral azathioprine, cyclosporine, steroid, histoglob injection given by dermatologist.
