How Can Chronic Itching On The Body Be Treated?

My name: Thomas Chang Age: 84 Email: YYYY@YYYY I had chronic skin itching problem for over 20 years. I have seen dermatologist, physicians etc. I am now taking methotrexate 6 x 2.5 mg weekly (dermatologist s prescription) . I still have itching problems. I am wondering I may have fungus problem on my skin. Any advise?

The details of your case are not obvious and you have not provided the diagnosis that the dermatologist has suggested. However, since Methotrexate has been prescribed, this means that you have a chronic skin illness which is auto immune in nature.
