General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You was diagnosed with acute Laryngitis in past

You are giving history of TB as well and I need to know treatment for that taken or not

Your work up done as follow....
_Auscultation
_CBC
_sputum examination and culture
_chest x ray
_lymph node palpation esp cervical area

For congestion relief meanwhile antihistaminic drug can be given

As per x ray and sputum report further management planned

Drink more water

Steam inhalation beneficial

If all above reports normal then it might be upper respiratory viral infection and if needed throat swab taken for further work up regarding that

Hope your concern solved

Take care

Consult otorhinolaryngologist or pulmonologoist for examination and discuss your case
