Increase intake of fruits like papaya , banana, guava or any conventional fruit if you Dont have diabetes or allergic to particular fruits. Oats can help . Make it a habit to drink half to one litre of water soon after you wake up in morning. A cup of tea in the morning could also help . Eat lots of vegetables and Salads. Avoid taking bread or wheat stuffs. Taking rice also helps. Most important is make sure you sleep 8 hours in night. This is vital for normal bowel movement.
