How Can Chronic Backache And Muscle Spasms Be Treated?

I have had chronic pain for years, primarily in my back. I have also suffered from involuntary muscles spasms, watery eyes and occasional nausea. I have been told that my lungs are that of a 70 year old yet my oxygen blood levels are good. I am seriously tired of the constant aching and pain for no apparent reason. I eat very well having NO fast food very low sugar or processed foods. what could be causing these annoying ailments? Prefer holistic remedies. Thanks, Joe

Hello,

Possible causes I mentioned here, but you need to be evaluated.
1. Back muscle spasm.
2. Lumbar spondylosis.
3. Fibromyalgia
4. Chronic fatigue syndrome.
Use physical therapy, regular exercise, muscle relaxants, and NSAIDs. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
