How Can Chronic Acid Reflux Be Treated?

Hi I have been having major problems for almost a year now with eating, I cannot hold down food without throwing up and I get a lot of acid reflux and a lot of heart burn. I have problem swallowing my food always feels like it is stuck in my throat so it has to be broken down enough so I won t choke on it.
