How Can Chickenpox Be Treated?

Hello I am suffering from chicken pox past 4days.I am noticing that the increase in blisters.day to day they are increasing and old blisters seems to get going(mean old blisters forming dark spot and they are reduced in bump size)I didn t consult any doctor yet and taking medication at home by not going outside and staying cool under shelter and taking buttermilk, coconut water,and curd rice all the time.. But situation doesn t seems to be good enough.. Actually I am an ITP patient during past of about 5years back..Now the treatment is not going on,it has been stopped after 2years of complete treatment..What should I do?I don t get any idea?I am taking DOLO650 during feverish condition,is that ok?

Use paracetamol to relieve fever and discomfort – don't use anti-inflammatory painkillers, such as ibuprofen, as they can sometimes make people with chickenpox very ill
use calamine lotion, moisturising creams or cooling gels to ease itching
tap or pat the skin rather than scratching it – it's important to avoid scratching because this can lead to further problems
drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated
