You have chicken pox marks on face. Need not to panic about it. Topical application of calamine lotion will heal up the marks. Clindamycin 1% gel for day time and retinoid at night time you can use as it will remove spots. Take antihistamine Chlorphenamine which is most effective for this. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits in the diet. Don't scratch lesion with the nail as it will cause a bacterial infection there. Chickenpox lesions don't leave a scar as such until and unless you scratch them. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keep on persisting and get it examined and start treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
