How Can Chest Pain Be Managed While Suffering From Hypertension?

I am 51 years old and I had shortness of breath that brought me to ER 2 days ago.Chest X-ray was done and it revealed Enlarged Cardiac size,with prominent dilated aorta,accentuated bronchovascular markings on both lung field.I am experiencing chest pain at times,cardiac catheterization was done but no blockage found so far.i am hypertensive on diovan 160mg.once a day,Natrilix 1.5 mg.once a day,concor 2.5 mg.once a day,Aspirin 81 mg.once a day,Amlor 5 mg.once a day and Lipitor 40 mg.once a day. What should I do?

As per the description, the condition is due to secondary changes from underlying hypertension super added by stress.

I would recommend to do regular deep breathing exercises, YOGA, walking in fresh air for best results.
