Usually such pain of the foot after minor trauma will heal with rest. Complete Offloading the foot is ideal. You can use a 'Walker', and be mobilized on your healthy foot. Apply a soft roll and crepe bandage from toes to mid leg left. This will help support the bones and soft tissue. This management must be continued till complete resolution of pain of the foot, which may be 2 to 3 weeks or so.
