Hi,

Vitiligo is a chronic relapsing autoimmune skin disease with genetic tendency.
You have to keep patience for the good result,as it takes long time to get repigmentation.

I would recommend as follow...

- trioxsalen tab 25 mg daily in morn
- levamisole 50 mg daily at night
- application of tacrolimus 0.1% at night on the lesions
- trioxsalen lotion application on the lesions followed by sunexposure at noon

However, you consult dermatologist to have perfect treatment.

Thanks...
