Hi my name is jennifer and I have experiencing a few symptoms such as light headed, dizziness, tiredness, blurred vision, feel faint and sickness but I don't know why I am feeling this way and thought may be my iron, I have been eating a lot of veg and red meat. Can this be signs of pregnancy.

you need eye check up and general health check up. Taking more vegetable in noway effect this condition. red meat can be avoided. all these test may help in diagnosis of problem.
