How Can Bipolar Disorder Be Treated?

TSH- .181 T3 Free- 4.0 T4 Free- 1.39 I started taking Lithium in August of 2016. Previous TSH-2.46 on 5/4/16. What medications are available for Bipolar? I m sure my Doctor, once they return from Italy, will say I need to change from Lithium to something else. Is this Hypo or Hyperthyroid?
