How Can Bedsores Be Treated?

My grandmother is suffering from bed sores and some paches also were there on her hands. Now those paches directly getting open and bleeding that part . I am dressing that area with soframcin ,cipladin power and betadin . kindly suggest me the more some treatment for better and recovery. .

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your grandmother 's bed sores.

Best way to manage bed sore is to prevent it. You must keep changing her position, use spacial mattress, don't slide or drag her, make her to drink plenty of fluids.

As per your history she is having already some sores, you can use the local antibiotic cream (fourderm) to prevent the infection of sore. If the sore is not healing you must visit a doctor and get it debilitated or excised. Use soft dressings.
In case the sore is bleeding or draing pus you can prescribe her oral antibiotics like levofloxicin in consultation with doctor.
