Hi,

Your back ache due to bulging discs which may cause nerve root compression, radiating pain and muscle weakness etc.

Fibromyalgia is treated with pain killers and antidepressants and pain modifying antiepileptic drugs. physical therapy with acupuncture is useful.

For back pain need back support belt, physician therapy and regular exercise may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
