How Can Azoospermia, Penis Pain With A Scrotum Lump Be Treated?

when i climax i do not produce any sperm & get a pain a pain just above my penis, i also have a lump in my scrotum by my left testicle which has shrunk over the last few months I am wondering if these issues can be explained as part of the symptoms of being a type 1 diabetic

Hi
Your diabetes can result in retrograde ejaculation . It means seminal fluid is produced all right but get its way to urinary bladder instead of outside. It can be checked by finding sperms in post masturbatory urine sample. The pain could be due to prostatitis or spermatocele. These can be diagnosed with ultrasound of scrotum
