Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical query I understand your concern & I would like to tell you that no HCG diet doesn't affect atrial fibrillation but you need to see a physician for required medication of Atrial fibrillation if you haven't yet. Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography and consult a Cardiologist to start you on anti-coagulants to prevent the risk of Stroke.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
