How Can Ascites Be Treated?

dear sir, would you kindly please tell me, how treatment ascites ,for old man 87 years old -because of using too many drugs beacuse of his 30 years mind stroke and parkinson. it is necessary to inform you his hg is 9.6 , but his Ferritin is about 1570 . . other blood test is normal ,only he is anemic with too many iron saved in his liver(what must we do for his ascites ,his abdomen is %25 show big ,but he have not No pain thanks
his weight is about 65-66 kg his blood pressure is 9.5+6.5
