How Can Anxiety And Panic Attack Be Treated?

I have symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks that can last for the whole night, PTSD (I ve been through some traumatic experiences), muscle tension, etc. that make it difficult to do much-used to have the energy to go for days without rest. Antidepressants make me into a zombie so I have been on Adderall and Butisol that have worked fairly well. When I retired Butisol wasn t covered on Rx drug plans so switched to phenobarbital that makes me sleepy. I have also taken Lorazepam for the panic attacks. In the past I have taken Buspar but it seems to cause more tinitis and pinprick pain in one leg where I had a spider bite years ago and it started to cause problems with vision. I recently have gone through divorce, parents health crises and death which left me to fight with insurance companies, an angry sibling, new department head set on getting rid of all older employees, looking after two of my fathers brothers in another state, in two court cases trying to settle my parents estate, having my son that I was a single parent of and we were best of buds) move quite a ways away and has given my ex the opportunity to try to work him, my daughter, and my grandson against me. I m really struggling right now and doctors don t want to prescribe any antianxiety, anti-panic attack medications. I have to deal with renters of my parents farm in another state, take care of 16 buildings plus my house here in Colorado, etc. as well. Do you have any medications that you would recommend?

Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
