How Can Anxiety And Bipolar Disease Be Treated?

I found some medication in an old pill bottle... can t make out anything on the label... I have been on alot of different meds... I am disabled with major health issues plus being bipolar with anxiety! Trying to figure out what they are...light probably off white with the IP 102 oblong...can you help me identify this medication?
