How Can Anal Itching Be Treated?

Hi, I have a neighbor and relative that their doctor suspected that they may have pin worms. She never went back to have it checked. I had been spending a lot of time at their house. Now all of a sudden I have a bad anal itch, I have been using medicated wipes to sooth the itch. Now I feel like I am raw there. Is there any medications over the counter that I could use to treat this?

* As per my clinical experience, there can be various possible reasons
as - intestine worms - anal fissure - skin dryness - others.
* Though OTC basis cetrizine and Sitz bath with lukewarm water added epsom salt can give relief for itching, I strongly recommend to consult doc for the final diagnosis and management.

Dear just check your stools is there any worms??

use tablet albendazole 400 mg stat followed by repeat dose after two weeks.

wash hands after lunch or dinner. wash clothes.

change bed sheets. still symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
