General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

As the CA-125 is high it is better to go for a laparoscopic biopsy to confirm the nature of the cyst.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
