How can an open urethral sphincter be replaced?

my urologist has said that the radiation that I had 16 years ago for prostate cancer has caused my bladder sphinter to stay open all the time. We ve discussed possibilities for helping me not to dribble constantly, but none seem to be helpful, such as external catheters, operation to replace the natural sprinter, Clamps, etc. Are there any that we haven t talked about that you may know. To me it may not be the radiation therapy causing the dribbling of urine, but it may be the bladder pathological changes. First of all infection needs to be ruled out and for that urine culture sensitivity is must.
Secondly, it can be because of a hyperactive bladder. Just on an empirical basis, bladder training can be tried before putting the urinary catheter.
