How Can An Itchy Rash On The Torso Be Treated?

I have a very itchy (and yes, I scratch) rash/series of rashes primarily on the right side of my torso - from upper chest - above breast to my hip and the top of my thigh. Also goes around to my back to the middle of spine and my entire buttocks. I am morbidly obese and have some skin overlap. It is better when I am cooler - when I change temperature it really starts itching. Skin is dry and flaky with deep red on the outer and paler to inside except when I scratch and then all red and gets damp and off to the races. I do get dishydrotic execema on my feet.

hi..if I were ur treating doctor for this case of itching over all the body I would come up with the following possibilities.
eczema.
urticaria.
scabies.
i would like to ask u some question to reach to ur diagnosis.is there any family history of itching?does the the web's of ur fingers are also itchy?
does the itching gets worse or settle down with any thing?
does the rashes get fade and come again or they are constant..
answering the following question.i would reach to definite diagnosis.
I would like to suggest u to visit ur dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis.
