How Can An Inguinal Hernia Be Treated?

I had an inguinal hernia a few years ago and I had repair surgery using a mesh patch. I now have moderate pain in the same area. This pain isn t all the time but when it occurs, I am only comfortable laying down. Could I need to have hernia surgery again?
